About Roripaugh Hills

Roripaugh Hills is a small community of 439 homes located in North Temecula, just off Winchester road and directly across from Chaparral High School. The community features mature landscaping, well kept up homes & wide streets. Roripaugh Hills prides itself on being a well maintained, family orientated community with a low crime rate and active community members.

Roripaugh Hills community amenities include a 4 acre park site that consists of a community pool, spa & 2 tennis courts. The tennis courts & pool area are open from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week, and the pool is usually heated from early spring through fall. There is also another 1 acre park site that consists of a tot lot with play equipment, a pool and a wader. This pool is open from 7am-9pm, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
